Tuna Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 8 Large potatoes
- 2 Tuna cans
- ½ Red pepper chop in small cubes
- 1 Can small peas
- 2 Chopped boiled eggs
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
- 1Teaspoon BATAN pepper
- 1 Teaspoon BATAN cumin
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons BATAN garlic salt
- Chopped coriander to taste
PREPARATION
Peel the potatoes and cut them into not so small cubes to prevent them from falling apart in cooking.
Take the cut potatoes to a pot with water and salt on the stove until they are cooked but not very soft. Once the potatoes are ready, drain the water from the pot and serve carefully in a deep bowl. Let them cool. Add the chopped pepper, tuna, peas and egg to the potatoes.
Mix in a bowl, put mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Add BATAN garlic salt. Cover the potatoes with the sauce and take them to the refrigerator until all the ingredients are cold.
At the time of serving, sprinkle chopped coriander.
