Stuffed Lady Slippers
INGREDIENTS
6 lady slippers
½ cup of white wine
1 laurel leaves
2 spoons of tomato sauce
3 skinless tomatoes
3 spoons of raisins
3 dark olives
2 egg (one boil and other raw)
2 fine cut garlic
1 cup of onion in cubes
2 spoons of cut parsley
¼ kg ground beef meat
2 spoons of vegetal oil
3 cups of boil rice
1 cup of bread crumb soaked in vegetable stock
BATAN black pepper

PREPARATION
Cut the largest corner of lady slippers, clean very well and wash, meanwhile preheat a pot with some oil, add beef meat an let it brown for 3 minutes. When the meat is ready, incorporate a cup of onion in cubes and one cut garlic, and let it brown for a couple of minutes. Then, add little pieces of bread, raw egg, and parsley. Mix all together, now incorporate boil egg, dark olives, and raisins.
In a preheated pot salted onions and garlic, brown for 3 minutes more or less, reserve. Add bread crumb previously squeezed raw egg and parsley. Mix very well; incorporate boil egg, dark olives, and raisins. Now lady slippers are ready to fill.
On the rest of oil salted onion, garlic, tomato, laurel leave, and wine, season this mix with salt and pepper. Put all lady slippers on sauce; let it cook until this being tender. Finally, serve with rice.
