Stuffed Chicken
INGREDIENTS
2 spoons of oyster sauce
1 spoon of honey
1 cup of blond raisins
1 cup of apple in small cubes
1 cup of with rice
½ of pecans
3 spoons of BATAN curry
½ cup of beer
1 spoon of Chinese cinnamon
1 teaspoonful of BATAN yellow pepper
½ cup of chicken broth
½ teaspoonful of garlic
1 medium onion
1 spoon of sesame oil
4 spoons of oil
½ spoonful of BATAN white pepper
Salt
PREPARATION
In a bowl mix oyster sauce, honey, beer, beer, garlic, and sesame oil. Seasoning chicken with salt and white pepper then let chicken macerate for 8 hours.
Preheat a pan with 4 spoons of oil; add onions, garlic, curry, and yellow pepper. Brown all together, add white rice previously cook, blond raisins, pecans, and apples.
Incorporate this special mix inside of the chicken, and then take to the oven for 30 min at 360ºF.
