Stew meat
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Meat in pieces
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Small tomato
- 1 Teaspoon BATAN pepper
- 1 Teaspoon BATAN cumin
- 1 Teaspoon BATAN garlic salt
- 1 Teaspoon BATAN turmeric
- ½ Cup ground coriander
- ¼ Cup cooked peas
- 1/8 Sour chichi de jora
- 3 Tablespoons BATAN ground pepper
- 4 Split potatoes
PREPARATION
In a pot add oil until it is hot; then put onion, BATAN garlic salt, BATAN pepper, BATAN cumin, BATAN turmeric and cilantro. Saute for 5 minutes
When it is well fried, meat is added to this dressing and mixed. Once mixed, add the sour chicha and move so that it is impregnated with the meat.
Then, pour water covering the meat and potatoes. Add salt. Wait for meat and potatoes to cook. Then serve with white rice and at the end put peas (already cooked).
