Sauteed vegetables
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Onion
- ½ Paprika
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Corn
- 1 Broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon BATAN pepper
- 5 Tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon mustard
- ¼ Teaspoon BATAN garlic salt
- 5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
PREPARATION
Cut the onion, paprika and carrots into moderately thick sticks. Put a large pot to heat and add the vegetable oil. When pot is hot add the three previously chopped vegetables. Stir the mixture well, avoid burn your vegetables. Once sauteed put the fire low.
Chop the zucchini into thin slices, crumble the broccoli into small trees and cut the corn (it must be parboiled separately). Add these vegetables to the pot and let me cook for another 10 minutes. Pour the soy sauce, mustard and BATAN garlic salt. Finally add BATAN pepper to taste.Serve with rice.
