1/2 kg of loin of pork

Macerate one-night loin of pork, all together with Chicha de Jora (corn beer), salt, 4 spoons of BATAN sweet pepper, ground garlic, BATAN garlic powder, 2 onions cut in thick strips and BATAN ground oregano.
