Chicken Curry Salad
- 4 Chicken fillets
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- A cup unsweetened natural yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon BATAN ground curry
- 2 Apples
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 lemon juice teaspoons
- 1 BATAN ground pepper teaspoon
- 1 Handful of raisins
- Salt to taste
Enter the baked chicken fillets with vegetable oil and lemon juice. When it is are ready let cool.
Cut the apples and onion into small cubes, grate the carrot, and then chop the lettuce. Place everything in a bowl, mix it with a handful of raisins (you can also add a handful of nuts or roasted almonds if you prefer). Cut the chicken into strips and add to the salad bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise very well with the yogurt and add the tablespoon of BATAN ground Curry. Pour the vinaigrette into the salad bowl mix, add salt and ground pepper BATAN to taste.
