INGREDIENTS
6 rocotos
3 teaspoonful of sugar
2 lemons
1 cup of onion cut in small cubes
2 fine cut garlics
3 spoons of BATAN sweet pepper
0.88 pounds of ground beef meat
2 teaspoonful of BATAN oregano
3 teaspoonful of ground peanut
¼ Paria cheese or Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
½ cup of raisins
2 cups of milk
1 cup of water

PREPARATION
Cut the top of every rocoto, clean all seeds and veins then wash inside and outside very well. Rub sugar inside the rocotos, after that ad lemon juice and wash again. Boil rocotos in water with a pinch of salt for a couple of minutes, and repeat the same process but this time in the water with a pinch of sugar.
