Anticuchos
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of beef heart
3 spoons of BATAN sweet pepper
3 spoons of red vinegar
½ spoon of BATAN cumin
3 spoons of BATAN oregano
½ spoon of BATAN black pepper
2 spoons of ground garlic
½ teaspoonful of monosodium glutamate
1/3 cups of vegetal oil
Salt
6 boil potatoes
3 boil corns
Cream of yellow pepper
PREPARATION
Pick a beef heart fatless; now cut the heart in medium slides, 5 mm more or less. In a bowl mix, sweet pepper, cumin, black pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, oregano, and red vinegar. Let rest every slide of heart in this mix about 30 minutes, minimum or if you prefer it could be rest for one entire night.
Now, insert 3 or 4 slides of heart in reed stick previously soaked. Add some oil to our mix sauce and use it prevent the heart stuck on the grill. Add more sauce many times it is necessary until it cooked.
Serve 3 sticks with one potato, corn and some cream of yellow pepper.
